Terms: In consideration for the right to participate, by execution of this form, you release and discharge the Rotary Club of the Somerset Hills, Somerset Hills YMCA, their officers, directors, agents, employees, representatives and anyone else connected to the above from any known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause whatsoever, that may be suffered by any entrant, spectator and/or their passenger and/or to his or her property. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all of the foregoing entities and persons from all liability occasioned and resulting from conduct of entrants, spectators, workers or any participants. *
